I tested your site on my iPad.
It is working with all other sites except HOME while in this Hamburger menu.
That is missing the link.
Im not sure of the problem solving.
You should contact your theme Developer.
Try to turn off all the plugins and if it is working, ther turn on one by one.
Sometimes it can be some interaction with some bad written plugin.
Not really helped I think, but started conversation at least.

But I tried deactivate all plugins and nothing happens when click on the hamburger icon 🙁

First BACK UP your site!!!!
Then try to switch to other theme, some general one like Twenty Fifteen and try.
You should have some other theme with yours all the time.
If this is working, then uninstall Vogue theme and do fresh reinstallation.
If this work Great
If not
then try to contact Theme Developer.
