Problem with points balance

Dear,
On the users profil I can remove points from the balance but I can’t add points from the balance.
On users page: I clic on adjust and have the popup. Add 100 points, clic on update balance: The text area field is surrounded in red in the error message is: “Failed to update the uses balance”
On User profile: I clic on the credit tab. Enter 100 in amount, clic on Update balance. No error message, just the validation message:Users balance saved
But the balance doesn’t changeEverything works when I type -100
Can you please help please ?
