Problem with plugin install (web install)

When I try to install a new plugin using the admin panel (and not using my ftp) I receive the following error :

Are you sure you want to do this?
Please try again.

Fairly vague.
I am able to activate the plugin when I upload it manually.
This is a clean install with the multiple sites activated.

Any ideas ?
