Problem with pagination

This is the link with the product category ‘Amarelo’ selected (this filter only has 1 product, however it appears 3 pages on it) – http://teste.comunicacaodinamica.com.br/loja/?swoof=1&product_cat=amarelo

The filter is working correctly, when I choose some product category it does search and filter as it should. The problem is that, even if there’s only one product inside that category the number of pages shown is the same as it is without any filter
E.g, if my full shop, without any filter, has 4 pages of products, when I select a category with only ONE product in it, the number of pages available is 4, even with only one product available.
