Our plugin works on the standard wordpress login / register functionality with no issues.
We assume you are using the plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-sliding-login-register-panel/ in your site. Let us check the our SSI plugin compatibility with this plugin and will provide you a solution if there any conflict.

on the register site its ok, but not in just login panel
Same problem in my case … on wp-login.php?action=register everything is OK, but on wp-login.php – no facebook button :/
EDIT:
It’s something with reCaptcha plugin – if I disable it – facebook button is working on both – login and register
