Problem with next/previous page!

A good day to you all,

I have a blog on WordPress platform and i am using 005 theme made by Small Potato. I have set from admin 2 posts per page because this is how i want it to be. To go to the next page with posts, or previus page, i have at the end of every page something like this “<< PREVIOUS PAGE – NEXT PAGE >>. It is hard for some people to know what to do to go to the next page and i want there to be numbers for pages, like this “[1][2][3][4]” or whatever they look like. How can i change it to be numbers for each page? Or i can`t without coding? This is my link http://www.deromania.ro
