Problem with Low resolution Internet explorer CSS

    Hey all,

    I’m having trouble with my site displaying correctly in internet explorer on computers with smaller screens. The URL is http://steriletechllc.com

    Basically what happens is the content and sidebar displays over my banner image, instead of in its rightful place. The site displays perfectly in every browser on normal sized computers, but on netbooks and smaller laptops on internet explorer this error occurs.

    Is there a way to correct this?
