Problem With Keyboard In Post

    I seem to be having a problem typing directly into the post. When I try to typed a question mark this displays É

    When I try to type The number symbol this displays /

    The question mark appears to be the capitalized number 6

    This is not happening anywhere else on the computer except when posting in wordpress.

    I`ve tried with and without the visual rich editor

    I`m using Vista
