If you know what is adding that to your installation then that would help.

Try the following steps:

1 – Deactivate all of your plugins
2 – Switch to the Twenty Fourteen theme
3 – Clear your browsers cache and cookies
4 – Visit your site and see if that file comes back.

If that does fix it then reactivate your plugins one at a time until the file comes back. That will help you identify what is causing that file to load.
