PROBLEM WITH HEADER

    Hi!
    I am with trouble by uploading the header image. I had try by going to Appeareance, header and upload it. It fail, when I upload it appear nothing.
    Also, here is my code of the header
    Can someone explain me what should I put on blogpost and what do I have to edit.
    I am not understanding what is a ulr
