Hi @ebaltrusaitis,
This is most likely an issue with the sharing link that is provided by Google itself which is not for the file to be downloaded but rather for us to visit the page and download ourselves. Can you use this site https://sites.google.com/site/gdocs2direct/ to convert the sharing url to a downloadable one?
Please note that this will only work for files that you UPLOAD to Google Drive. It will not work for documents, presentations, etc. created inside Google Drive. If you want to create a direct link to those, first download them to your computer then upload that file back on to Google Drive.
Cheers!
I took my files and generated a .zip and generated the link from that .zip using the site you gave me and it still did not work, you think I should download all the files to generate new .zip files and upload them there Yes, do the test?
My problem is not solved, does anyone have any more tips? Is there a plugin to solve this problem?
Hi there!
A direct link to the file on Google Drive works when I test. Did you try using the link Praveen sent you?
Friend tried to use the link that Praveen passed and in my case does not work, what happens is that the sharing link that google drive generates is a link to open the google drive page where the file is, I needed to have a link To download the file directly, do you understand?

Hi there, if the files are not UPLOADED to Google Drive, then it won’t work correctly. Can you test this with one file? Can you download it to your computer, save it, then re-upload it to Google Drive, and then test the link converter?
Cheers!
