    Hello,

    Short version: When trying to Add Entry, we are getting this – ERROR: Entry could not be added.

    Details: There is a live site, and a dev site. The dev site works, but the live site is giving an error when trying to add an entry. WP and all plugins (except one) are updated on the live site. I’ve tried disabling all other plugins (except Connections) on the live site, and still get the same error. I’ve tried updating all plugins, versions, etc on the dev site, and it still works. There have been content updates since the last site backup, so I would rather get this working than revert to an older version.

    I see this happen when a dev site is updated and then pushed to the live site. The dev site when updated properly gets the db updates. The live site only gets the file updates so the required db changes are not applied which results in this error.

    The only way to correct this is to manually trigger the db upgrade on the live site. I can help with this but you’ll have to open a new support ticket on our site.
