problem with displaying a weird box in groups

I’ve tried to add the user groups plugin from the following link : https://wordpress.org/plugins/groups/

i’m getting this : https://postimg.org/image/hu09pe10f/ with that ugly activate plugins box overlapping.
instead of that : https://s.w.org/plugins/groups/screenshot-1.png?r=1494430
