Hello, I have a problem with the labels (tags), when a user is editing an ad from the front, labels (tags) with names of only letters “C, l, a, s, i, f, d, o” are automatically created, I have unchecked in the “allow new” form, I don’t want new tags to be created, so I have two questions:
1- Can the problem of creating automatic labels (tags) be solved?
2- can it be forced so that there can only be 4 labels (tags) and nothing else?

Thank you very much for your help.

  • Hey @nenelco,

We’ve received similar reports from at least one other user. Preliminary investigation suggests that this issue is related to the Single Selection of the Tag field. We would like to get more info on this so that we can bring a fix for this as soon as possible:
    1. What’s the version of Directorist that you have?
    2. Could you check if the issue persists with this configuration: Multi-Selection On and Allow New On?
    3. Is this issue happening in any particular language? For example, the other user reported that they’re using French. Could you tell me what language are you in?

Kindly provide this information so that we can address this as soon as possible.

    Regards,
    Mahdi.

    Hello, thanks for the answer…

Made the three points you asked me:

    1 – Directorist: 7.2.2
2 – With the configuration that you ask me, the problem does not appear… Multiple selection activated and Allow new activated
    3 – Language: Spanish (Spain)

Thank you very much for your help.`
