    Hi,

    I have a problem with the plugin netaxept payment gateway for woocommerce.
    This problem occured after putting the website live.

    When i try to edit the settings on the plugin from the admin page -> woocommerce -> settings and after pressing the Save button i only get “Could not find the page”. And then i am unable to get any answer from the webserver for several minutes. It’s like the server is shutdown completely when this happens.

    I cannot seem to anything in the logs either.

    I am running a test site on another server and here the plugin works fine.

    Have anyone experienced this before?
    Any tips?

    Spoke to the author of the plugin and he said that he had another customer with the same problem.

    Woocommerce does the saving of the settings for the plugin. So he found out that this problem was caused by either the template or another plugin.

    The solution is to create a miniplugin that saves the settings.
