Problem with 2.1 ?

1. I just upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1 and i have a problem , when i try to Write a post didn’t show me icons , or that menu to select with “images” or “code” , at me show me only “code” , anyone know what’s the problem ?

2. Anyone know a plugin wich i can send for ex. link with a post to YM ?
