Problem when using the Contact Form 7 Conditional Fields Plugin

    Hi, I am using the Contact Form & Conditional Fields plugin on a form on my site, along with your plugin and I noticed that recently the form goes to a blank page on submit if they are both active. If I remove one or the other, the form works.

    I get this error when the form submits:

    Notice: Undefined index: spammer_msg_contact_form_7 in /public_html/wp-content/plugins/zero-spam/lib/ZeroSpam/ContactForm7.php on line 22

    Can you help at all?
