@ilgonz: As per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic.
Enodia, copy & paste only ID of video.
example:
Url
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lvchzejil6g
ID: lvchzejil6g
@esmi I think users should use the same forum posts, as long as they don’t hi-jack the posts. We don’t need 100+ of the same questions.
@ilgonz – I think you just miss understood how to add a video then you finally figured it out.
@enodia – I think I am having the same issue as your self. I enter the Youtube Video ID only but when I click Add Video I do not get anything.

I have had this setup for months then it just stoped working after I upgraded to 3.7.1
Thanks.
@daveaton – perhaps you missed the forum welcome:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome
in particular:
Unless you are using the same version of WordPress on the same physical server hosted by the same hosts with the same plugins, theme & configurations as the original poster, do not post in someone else’s thread. Start your own topic.
In this case, this thread references WP3.6.1 – which is not what you are using – so very unlikely to be relevant – since you said your site worked fine until 3.7.1.
Hum..
Well that’s stupid… I went from 3.6.1 to 3.7.1 about a month ago..
I am having the exact same issue.. Should I really copy and paste the identical question?
I felt that is was related. And maybe I got confused when I read this
http://screencast.com/t/hEYPRTfIA1eu
I did not see where the original question was related to 3.6.1
Sorry.
Well that’s stupid… I went from 3.6.1 to 3.7.1 about a month ago..
3.7.1 was released two days ago :).
And yeah, it’s different from how many other forums work, but there are many variables specific to sites (servers/themes/other plugins) that we’ve found it works better that way. Plus it’s really confusing to have multiple conversations in the same thread – can actually lead to major problems and miscommunications.
So yep, best to start your own – I see you have – thanks :).
