Problem recognizing API Key from CloudFlare

We followed the instruction in this URL(https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200169546-What-fields-do-I-need-to-enter-in-W3TC-W3-Total-Cache-settings-), but it didn’t recognize either the E-mail or API key.
What can we do?
