Problem moving to new server

Hi

I have made backup of database and FTP of the original installation.

I then made a 1-click wordpress installation on my new server.

Importet the original database to the new one.

Uploaded all the original files, overwriting the new installation.

Changed the DB login info in wp-config.php

And now I get these errors:

I tried to change the names of the plugin folders, and this kind of works, I get the site working, but there will still be problems with other plugins, maybe all plugins, I am not sure of this.

I think it is the newest version of wordpress that is installed, but I can’t get into to the administration panel.
