Problem with custom Email templates

    Hi there,

    I’m working with the Ultimate Member plugin but I’m having problems creating own email templates. My website has already installed WPML plugin, setting the Spanish language as default (just one language at the moment).

    I have followed the guide and I have copied one php template to the “ultimate-member/templates/email” folder. I have tried putting this template to the root email folder, as long under “es” folder or “es_ES” folder but the system keeps taking the plugin template.

    I have also ticked the “Send e-mail as html” option.

    What am I doing wrong here? Any thoughts?
