problem changing language

    Hello, I have an online store, I use the DIVI theme every product has Spanish and English, if I keep the product in Spanish, when I look at the website in Spanish I see it well but when I go to English it is seen in Spanish, if I keep the product in English, I look at the web and everything is in English, the titles. What could be the problem? Thank you
