problem after payment tests

    Hi everyone, I’ve been having this problem for 2 weeks and nobody can help me…
    I create two accounts to test the site, 1 author account and 1 user account.
    Everything works fine, payments, booking of the author’s ad by the user etc…
    My problem is: once the payments have been made, the transactions are marked as “completed” in the back end, once checked “payment” in commission the author’s wallet is updated etc…
    But on the dashboards of the 2 accounts the payments remain pending and I don’t understand why… I repeat, EVERYTHING works except the update of the dashboards.

    If anyone can help me it would be great!

    This might be a cache issue. Kindly make sure that the cache is cleared before checking the booking information in the dashboard. To find out more about the issue we need to check your site configuration. In that case, it would be better if your could reach our support from our website.
