Pro support is slow

    Don’t expect speedy support from Elementor Pro support. You might get one response from a ticket a day.

    And I know that this isn’t a place for paid support, but I think future buyers should know about plugins that promote their paid services.

    I’m sorry to read that but this still is not a topic for here.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
