    Is there some sort of setting that would prevent private products from syncing over to square? We use woocommerce as our record of source and products not marked as private sync over just fine. The reason we have them is private because we do not want these products showing up online as we sell them via square POS terminal in our gallery (store)…maybe there is another way to achieve this?

    If I understood you correctly, you have WC as your System of Record and privately published products do not sync with Square.

    I create a private product in WooCommerce but I see that it was synced properly to Square right away. Are there any additional steps that I need to take to replicate the issue?

    Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response in coding brackets.

    Resolved for the most part…there are a handful of products still not syncing over. The biggest issue was that we needed to actually set the setting for “Product system of record” in WC >> settings as it was set to do not sync 🙂 I may open this back up if I can’t find out why a handful of products aren’t syncing out of almost 600 products.
