    I am building a new site for employers to search job candidates. There will be no jobs on the site, just profiles that need to be searchable. The employers and candidates need to be able to private message each other. Is this possible? Please advise.

    Thank you for reaching us.

    You can tweak the common settings to use it as a Job Directory. However, the private messaging system is not available in the Core version and requires additional purchase(Live Chat extension) which we are not allowed to talk about here.

    However, you can also use the contact form as a communication medium.
