Privacy policy

Hi all,

I want to add a privacy policy to my site as I believe its a requirement to be approved for Adsense? I don’t want the privacy policy to appear as a page in my main menu, rather as a link in the footer of my site. What is the best way to do this please?

My site uses the Twenty Ten theme
