pls connect your printer with your ipad before try pos. tks
We did and it test prints fine but when completing transaction on pos it says no printers found

it seem your ipad can’t work with webprint or your printer not work with it. our pos base on web, it use webprint. tks
I figured out that it was in fact the qrcode that was preventing the printing from any mobile device. As soon as I removed the qrcode from the receipt template it printed fine off tablet and cellphone.
I do however have another issue. I have woocommerce product addons installed for extra toppings on meals etc and although your plugin recognises the addons, it does not print them on the receipt. Can you help here?

do you using free or paid version ? free have no this feature. if paid, pls use receipt template composer feature or get support from support.openswatch.com . thank you!
