Previous Entries Problems

When you click on my previous entries at the bottom of the page it takes me to this url:

http://www.ginasquietspot.com/reflections/ginasquietspot///reflections/index.php?paged=2

obviously the link should be:

http://www.ginasquietspot.com/reflections/index.php?paged=2

and it does show up when you type that in… I can’t figure out where I need to go or what I need to change to make sure the link navigates to the right URL…

Anyone have any suggestions?!?
