Preview Customised Theme

    I installed a new theme into my WordPress blog without activating it. I’ve left my current customised theme activated because I don’t want my readers to see the new theme until I’ve finished customising it.

    The problem is, I’m coding the theme but I don’t know how to see what it looks like without activating it. Is there anyway to do this? The preview link in the theme selection doesn’t display the changes to my theme.

    Or do I have to activate the theme to see what it looks like?

    I copied the URL in the preview link and pasted it into a new tab. Pressing refresh allows me to see the changes.
