Great plugin and am considering the pro version. Is there a way to prevent an anonymous person from voting multiple times?

Actually one person can vote only once for each button (with unique identifier).
You can use unlike_allowed option to prevent anounymous person from unliking or undisliking: http://www.likebtn.com/en/#settings_unlike_allowed
