Press This not working!

    I can’t get Press This to work on my self hosted WP site. It worked fine when I was on WP.com. The error message I get is:
    You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/press-this.php on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache Server at spokaneboomers.com Port 80

    Any ideas?
