Most of the companies listed in the commercial themes directory are pretty good.

Hi guys,
Hopefully someone can please help me. I recently purchased a premium theme from themeforest.net called Humble. I am going through go daddy as my hosting. I have unzipped my theme and uploaded it to go daddy through my ftp client, but when I sign into my wordpress account, its not coming up as as an option for me to activate as my theme. I was told by the go daddy rep that i should have the “install theme” option on my dashboard, but that option is not there. I have been trying now for about four days, and is getting really frustrated. I am using a Mac and have uninstalled/reinstalled wordpress, but still no success. I have went over with go daddy to enusre that my domain servers and ip address are pointing in the right direction. I have even deleted my theme from the directory and uploaded it again as well. Does anyone have any suggestions? I would greatly appreciate it.
D1body,
When you are in the Theme menu in WordPress you have a “install theme” tab on the top. Thats where you want to install it.
Boris,
Thanks for responding. Selecting the install theme option is where the problem
lies bc that option is not appearing on my dashboard for whatever reason. I am logging into
my account through my domain name/wp-admin. I have seen tutorials where the install theme option was evident and I also have read tutorials that states that WordPress doesn’t allow premium themes from other sites to be uploaded bc of security reasons. Even the godaddy rep said that the option to install should be there. I’m just totally lost and frustrated at this point. Maybe I’m overlooking something.
Check the folder and make sure the theme files are only one level down. Exmp: Good= themefolder/themefiles
Exmo: Bad= themefolder/secondary-folder/themefiles
