Premium Circle Icons

Quick question. It appears to me that there is a drop shadow on the circle icons. I’m looking for a flat design. Just circles, no reflections, drop shadow etc. Are they included here? Also are these retina? I need them to look sharp on the Macbook Pro and the iPhone 5, iPad 5 etc.
