Preload?

I had WP Super Cache set up but was asked by the host to remove it and re-install. I did that (along with Preload, though I’m not sure if I did that correctly) while the site was down. Now they say it’s back up, but the “Denied access” page is still there. Might this have something to do with the caching and is there anything I should do with the plugin (Preload or whatever) to sort it out?
