Pre-set Minimum on Variable Selection

    When I’ve enabled variable pricing, how do I set the minimum number for purchase at 3? For example, I’m a yoga instructor and I want to offer packages of sessions more than two at a lower rate ($100 per session). How do I preset the minimum sessions selected to 3? Or should I uncheck variable and pre-set the selection to 3? Help!
