PPC tracking parameters are breaking my code

Hello all. Just moved to wordpress recently and added a ppc campaign. Started adding some keywords leading to subpages, and when we did, everything fell apart.

For example, a parameter such as /?campaign=google&kw=house added to a url at http://netvantagemarketing.com/?page_id=13 becomes http://netvantagemarketing.com/?page_id=13/?campaign=google&kw=house

But when someone clicks on this, the header breaks and I get this error:
Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening ‘meta/.html’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/netvanta/public_html/wp-content/themes/spring_08/_meta.php on line 7

This, of course is quite concerning for us. If anyone knows how to remedy this, I would be most appreciative.
