posts not showing up

i have been editing my index.php page and for some reason the only post that is showing up is the initial “Hello World” post. any help is extremely appreciated…

also, the loop somehow got taken out of my index file even though post.php still exists. i’m pretty sure thats the problem but i’m not exactly sure where to add it…
