Great. Thanks for the clarification. When you use that to see what is being indexed by Google, you should then see all items that have been submitted to Google. Please review with Google how to submit a sitemap.xml or sitemap-index.xml file to them.

You can use one of many Plugins here to create a proper sitemap index.

The first will do the sitemap. The latter will handle SEO and the sitemap.
I’m not too familiar with Sitemaps? Would I need to do this for every new post I do? Do you know why my articles aren’t being indexed??

I have taken your advice on board, thank you. Hopefully this can get resolved soon. I have just linked to each article from my other fitness website which has good authority and search engine visibility; so hopefully that will help.
After installing SEO WordPress like you advised, I used it last night on one of my posts instead of other SEO plugins. Today I see that post has been indexed so I think that was the solution (for all the posts). Many thanks for your help! 🙂
