Posts losing metadata when comments added

    I recently added the MiniPosts2 plugin (http://www.piepalace.ca/blog/projects/miniposts/#comment-12352) and it works fine.

    Until someone comments on one of the miniposts. When that happens the “minipost” flag is cleared. It shouldn’t be.

    Anyone know why this is happening? Why is it possible for a comment to change the metadata of a post?

    The author of the plugin has had a look and reckons it’s a WP issue, not his plugin (and as no-one else seems to be affected by this, I guess it’s an issue with my installation).

    Suggest welcomed, I’m stumped.
