Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
I’ve tried both and still have the problem
Try:
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
– increasing the available memory.

Has anything changed at your host’s end? Have you spoken to them recently? When was the site last working correctly and what has been changed since then?
5 days ago I made a post just fine and I havent done anything since then. The last thing was doing updates in upcoming events, the last post was the Nitro Jam one,and everything was working fine. Site is http://www.us131msp.com . The host said there was nothing on there end that was causing it. Is there something I should tell them?
what do you think I should do?
When you re-uploaded the wp-admin and wp-includes folders, did you delete the existing folders first?
Did you try resetting the plugin’s folder using phpMyAdmin? That has been known to work when the FTP approach has failed.
no I didnt delete the existing first.
I dont understand how to do the myphpadmin stuff really.
Quick thought: how large is your database? Is it possible that you’ve reached some limit?
yes I did, what can I delete to free up space. I just noticed that. My host said I have alot of tables that I have 87 tables, how do I know what I can delete. I need to free up more space.
