posts are blank in visual editor

Since the upgrade to wordpress 4.2, my posts are blank in the visual editor, even though they are visible in the text editor and in the post preview.

I have tried disabling every plugin, clearing caches and changing to the default 2015 theme. Nothing works

I got the same problem if I login by Editor’s right.

When login by Admin’s right It’s ok.

Pls try that way and wait for solution

i’m always logged in as admin.

FIXED. This was solved with a flush of the browser cache. I had flushed every other cache except the local browser. Now done and the problem is gone.

Same problem here, on three separate instances of WordPress. The 4.2 update broke the Visual Editor entirely. Tools like Front-end Editor also stopped working. Cache flush does not make any difference – tested on several browsers.

For me, server side permissions requirements for the tinymce loader seemed to have changed with the 4.2 update, see my post here:

It discusses plesk hosting but the permissions issue seems to be affected lots of people in general.
