posts

hello i hope i can explain this correctly i have wordpress setup with a page entitled blog to show all my posts.

but here is my problem how do i just show a snippet off the posts on the blog page so when they click the title it takes you to the individual post.

When you go to the single post page i wanted it to have its own content basically different content to want is shown in the blog page. i just want that shown as a snippet of the post.

Im really not sure how much sense that make but it’s the best i can explain sorry

does anyone understand what i mean?
