post/page publish panel hidden

    This is actually on a wpmu installation but presume it’s a general wp issue. I am also unable to update the wp installation.

    I have been asked to look at a wordpress setup for a client.

    When logged in as ‘admin’, if I go to a post or a page (new or edit), the publishing panel, in fact, the right sidebar isn’t visible at all. If I go to Screen Options and change the Number of Columns to 1, it appears, but at the very bottom.

    If I log in as another user, the panel is there.

    I’ve had a look through the options and can’t see anything that would suggest that Admin hides the panel by default.

    So, any thoughts?

    desactivate all your plugins and see what happen. If it works ,one of your plugins is not compatible with wpmu( often happens..)
