Posting Multiple file types on Groups

If i get the groups extensions for ultimate member plugin then can the users be able to post multiple file types on the groups like pdf, xls, json etc?, if it is directly not possible then can the “docs-for-ultimatemember” plugin make it possible,I have mentioned the link to it below.
