Post Title joining with Site Title

I don’t really know how to explain this here but I added a link to the screen shot.

Basically, how do I separate the Post Title from the Site Title? It’s showing up in my Firefox as joined together and on Google searches it shows as joined together as well.

The problems have been highlighted with a red box.

“Have a special malaysia day” is the post title

and

“kuala lumpur hotel – le meridien kuala lumpur” is the site title.

How do I go about fixing this? Thanks!
