Post thumbnail problem!

    Hello. I am new to WordPress and i would like to ask for help…
    Well, i am editing an existing site and i have problem with thumbnails post.
    Specifically, I go to Post-Add news and adding the image i want.
    Then, i go to Featured Image-Set featured image i put my image and save.
    Then I press UPDATE and i see my image thumbnail cut. Also when i get into the post i see 2 images, one thumbnail.
    I have to say that -> Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions (normally thumbnails are proportional) is UNCHECKED…
    Help please!!!

    i also have to say that i have simplism theme… please help…. 🙁

    Well, i corrected some..It was a configure in theme relatively to the two pictures inside the post.
    But my thumbnail is still Cropped… I have to remind you that -> Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions (normally thumbnails are proportional) is UNCHECKED…
    I have done everything…

    This sounds like a theme issue. I’m sorry but as you appear to be using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support commercial products here.

    OK, i understand but i don’t have password for elegantthemes , so i cant communicate with them. I edit an old site and the person who make it has the codes and i can’t find him. so my situation is difficult…
