Post Sort order

I am using several posts as products in my store that customers can add to the shopping cart and purchase. When I add a new product, I filter posts by ‘sauces’ and then add a new product. I am having a problem when I add a new product it shows first in my store and I’d like it to show last, below previously added products. Can you tell me if there is a simple way to do this?
