Post SMTP email error

Hi, 

I am trying to set up a gift voucher product and when I tested this out, I noticed that the gift voucher did not send to the recipient (however I received the confirmation emails). 

I also noticed I’ve received an email ‘Post SMTP email error’ which told me to open a ticket with support and quote ‘4.7.0 Invalid Secret’ 

I believe this email / error has something to do with the other issue as they both occurred at the same time.

After checking the email logs I noticed the status for the failed emails said ‘4.7.0 Invalid secret’ – I attempted to resend using the ‘resend button’ and it worked.

However, I attempted it again and now it’s not sending confirmation emails or the gift voucher.

I’m not sure what the issue is or why this only happens randomly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
