If so, then most probably Google has not crawled your website yet.

same for category index or others.

It seems like that you do not want Google to show
File izle
after the title: https://i.mythemeshop.com/c86Fjh
I checked the page source of the page, it shows the correct title without
File izle
word.
You will have to wait for Google to recrawl your site. You can check what data Google is fetching using
cache:https://www.filmizle.us/the-matrix-3-revolutions-1080p-turkce-dublaj-izle/

How do I prevent pages from getting indexed as numbered?

in the meantime I have erased the site name(film izle) in wordpresste general settings, is it a harm? I think the title problem so improved. two overlaps

You can enable this option to turn off indexing of the paginated pages on your website:
